Adjusting the throttle block cover
screws is not required to align
the position of the throttle block.
Removing the cover screws
should only be necessary if
replacing or removing the
throttle block from the handlebar
assembly. See your Polaris
dealer or certified technician for
throttle replacement information.

6 in-lbs (0.7 N·m)
PERC BUTTON ALIGNMENT
1. Loosen the mounting screw

2. Move the PERC button to the
desired position.
3. Torque screw to
specification. Do not
over-torque.

35 in-lbs (4 N·m)
ENGINE STOP SWITCH ALIGNMENT
CAUTION
The stop switch must be positioned in an easily accessible location.
