  If your Polaris Offroad Vehicle's engine turns over but fails to start, first, refuel if the vehicle is out of fuel. Then, inspect the spark plugs and replace them if they are fouled or defective. Ensure you are using fresh, recommended fuel and drain the fuel system and refuel if water is present in the fuel. Recharge the battery to 12.8 VDC if the battery voltage is low. Check all ignition connections and tighten them if loose.

Replace the fuel if water is present. Inspect, clean, and/or replace the spark plug if it is fouled or defective. Set the gap to specifications or replace the plug if the spark plug gap or heat range is incorrect. Check all ignition connections and tighten them if loose. Recharge the battery to 12.8 VDC if the battery voltage is low. Replace with fresh recommended fuel if the fuel is incorrect. Inspect and replace the air filter if it is clogged.

  If the engine of your Polaris Offroad Vehicle doesn't turn over, recharge the battery to 12.8 VDC if the battery voltage is low. Check and tighten all battery and solenoid connections if they are loose. Inspect, clean, and reinstall the electronic control box connectors if they are loose.
