Power Steering Unit
If your model is equipped with power steering, frequently clean the
areas around and on the power steering unit to allow proper cooling.
Clean these areas thoroughly.
Steering Assembly
The steering assembly of the ATV should be checked periodically for
loose nuts and bolts. If loose nuts and bolts are found, see your
POLARIS dealer or other qualified service facility before operating the
vehicle.
Seat Removal (Touring/1-Up Models)
1. Grasp one side of the
seat near the rear
edge.
2. Pull upward abruptly
to disengage the
under-seat fasteners.
3. Remove the seat.
Seat Removal (X2)
1. Remove any cargo from the cargo box before removing the seat.
2. Stand beside the vehicle. Pull the cargo box release lever upward.
Lift the front of the cargo box.
3. Grasp edge of the seat near the opposite rear corner.
4. Pull upward abruptly to disengage the under-seat fasteners.
5. Remove the seat.
