Dr iveshaft / Coupler Notes:
Driveshaft end play , (fwd/rear), should be .100 -- .200 in. (2.5 -- 5.0mm) with new bumpers.
Driveshaft runout service limit= .005 in. (.13mm).
Grease applicable parts with Polaris All Season Grease, PN 2871423.
A Rubber bumpers must be inspected and in place......
B Grease annually , or when driveshaft is removed......
C Lubricate every 25 hours, or monthly . Every 15 hours in salt water use......
D Install O--ring on shaft, apply All Season grease, and install into impeller ......
E Worm gear clamps: 35in.lbs......
F Apply marine grade silicone to mating surfaces, PN 8560054. Torque to 20 ft.lbs......
