If the LCD screen indicates the image is out of focus, it might be because you're using macro mode for subjects that are too far away, or still image mode for subjects that are too close. Try setting the camera to Still Image mode, or setting the camera to Macro mode for subjects this close to the lens: Wide Angle: 0.3 ft~ 1.6 ft (0.1 m ~ 0.5m) Telephoto: 1.1 ft ~ 2.6 ft (0.35 m ~ 0.8 m).

If the camera is detected by Windows but a driver letter is not created, the removable disk might be crashing with the network drives. Disconnect the crashed network drive and reserve this drive letter for the camera.
