The boiler might be out of water. Add water to the tank as described in Chapter 11. 3. The steam hose might not be correctly inserted. Connect the steam hose to the flexible vacuum tube, locking the automatic buttons; connect the steam hose to the appliance and the handle (as described in Chapter 1 and shown on page 3). 4. The steam lock might be activated. Deactivate the steam lock on the handle. 5. The boiler might not yet be pressurized. Wait for the steam indicator light to stop flashing.
