Why is my POLTI Steam Cleaner not producing steam?

Your POLTI Steam Cleaner might not be producing steam for several reasons. It could be that the appliance hasn't reached the correct pressure yet; in this case, wait for the boiler switch (B) to turn off. Another reason could be that there is no water in the boiler; refill it as described in the preparation steps. Also, check that the flexible hose (1) is fully inserted. Finally, ensure that the steam adjustment dial (I) isn't set to the minimum position; adjust it to your desired setting.
