Head Restraints
Press the release button at
the base of the head
restraint and push the
restraint down to lower it.
Pull up on the head restraint to raise it.
Adjust your head restraint so that the top of the restraint
is closest to the top of your head. This position
reduces the chance of a neck injury in a crash.
The rear seats may have adjustable head restraints.
If so, they work the same way as the front head
restraints.
