11. Fill in the Hold Down Plates
a. Standingontheholddownplate,in-
sertmaterialintoallopenvoidsonthe
outsideedgesoftheholddownplates
untiltheyarefull.Thesevoidsarethe
openareasbetweenthegroundand
thetopedgesoftheholddownplate.
Thiswillpreventanylowspotsfrom
formingaroundtheholddownplates
whenthepoolislledwithwater.
