Diagnosis and breakdowns
Troubleshooting Check Resolve
Motor does not start
normally
- The plug is not properly
connected
- The di󰀨erential circuit
breaker is disarmed
- The motor has
overheated
- Make sure that the
electrical outlet is properly
connected
- Reset the circuit breaker,
if the problem persists,
contact an electrician
- Wait for the motor to cool
then start again.
Filtration does not clean
the pool properly
-Check for the presence of
sand in the central tube
- Check the correct posi-
tion of the 6-way valve
- There are too many
impurities in the water
- The pre-lter is full
- Dismantle and eliminate
the sand present in the
central tube
- Position the 6-way valve
is on the ltration position

- Increase the daily ltra-
tion time
- Clean the pre-lter
The discharge nozzle
sends little or no water.
- Elements are blocking
the water inlet
- Air enters through the
water inlet
- The sand or the lter
foam contains too many
impurities
- Check and clean the
water inlets and outlets.
- Tighten the clamps and
check the pool water level
- Backwash the lter or
change the sand
The lter unit does not
work
- The water level is too low
- The pre-lter is clogged
- Air enters through the
water inlet pipe
- The motor does not
prime or cuts out
- Fill your pool to the cor-
rect level
- Clean the pre-lter pre-
sent in the basin
- Tighten the clamp
