the axle, you have not assembled it properly. Please
remove the clip and go back to step 18.

•Insertthe"T"fastenerendofashortseatbeltstrap
down through the slot near the outer edge of the
seat. Make sure the fastener side of the seat belt
faces inward.
Note: You will pull only one T-Loop through the slot.
•Repeatthisproceduretoassembletheothershortseat
belt strap.
•Inserteachfastenerendofthelongseatbeltstrapup
through the slots in the center of the seat. Make sure
the fasteners face the outer edge of the seat.
•Pulleachsideofthelongseatbeltstrapevenly
through the slots. Make sure to pull each T-loop
through a slot.

•Alignthetabsonahubcapwiththeslotsinarear
wheel. “Snap” a hubcap into the center of the
rear wheel.
Hint: If the hubcap does not "snap" into place, you may
not have assembled the wire clip properly. Remove the
wire clip and refer back to step 19.
•Repeatsteps18-22toassembletheotherrearwheel,
wire clip and hubcap.
