Why does my PowerBoss 030217 shut down during operation?

  Your PowerBoss Portable Generator might shut down due to several reasons. It could be caused by an open circuit breaker, which you can solve by resetting it. A fault in the generator may also be the reason, which requires contacting an authorized service facility. Check for poor connections or defective cord sets and repair them if necessary. Also, the connected device may be faulty, so try connecting another device in good condition. Make sure that the oil level is sufficient and, if needed, fill the crankcase to the proper level or place the generator on a level surface. The generator might also be running out of gasoline, so fill the fuel tank. Finally, the load might be too high, so check 'Don't Overload Generator'.
