Instruction:
1. Drill a 3/8"diameter hole in the Outer Frame
3 3/4" above the top Strap Bar holes.
2. Insert 5/16"Bolt and Washer into 3/8"hole
from the inside of the Outer Frame. Thread
Side Handle onto Bolt. Align a flat side of
the Side Handle base to the rear face of the
Outer Frame. Tighten Bolt.
3. Repeat above for other Side Handle.
