ATTACH LOWER & UPPER HANDLE
1. Take lower handle and line up the hole in the lower handle with the
hole on the handle bracket.
2. Secure the lower handle with handle bracket with provided M8 screw
(1) ，M8 nut (1) and Saddle washer on each side.
3. Pull upper handle up and lock it in position with bolts，washer and
knob on both side.
4. Insert the recoil starter handle cable into the hook provided on the upper handle.
