What to do if my PowerSmith PGT120 Trimmer motor fails to start?

  If the motor of your PowerSmith Trimmer fails to start when you press the trigger, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, ensure the battery pack is securely attached by checking if the latches on top of the battery pack have snapped into place. If it's still not working, the battery might not be charged. Try charging it according to the instructions provided with your model.

Why does the line wrap around the drive shaft housing of my PowerSmith PGT120?

  If the line of your PowerSmith Trimmer wraps around the drive shaft housing and line head, it's likely because you're cutting tall grass at ground level. To prevent this, cut tall grass from the top down.

How to fix line that won't advance on my PowerSmith PGT120?

  If the line won't advance when using the auto-feed feature on your PowerSmith Trimmer, several factors could be at play. The lines might be stuck together; try lubricating them with silicone spray. Alternatively, there might not be enough line on the spool, so install a new spool or line. If the lines are too short, refer to the Spool Replacement section in this manual. It's also possible the lines are tangled; in that case, manually pull the line, referring to the manual feeding instructions, or rewind the line, referring to the line replacement instructions.
