Inspect daily before use for condition and clean after use.
Install linkage tube to seat support tube and align with U bracket.
Attach upright to linkage tube using specified hardware.
Mount handle tube onto the front main frame.
Connect seat tubes to front main frame using steel axis and backrest tube.
Attach seat adjust tube to seat pad tubes with hardware.
Mount seat and backrest pads; adjust seat height with pin.
Connect foot plate support tube to upright and linkage tube.
Attach handle tubes/isolateral arms to upright using steel axis.
