Connect Base Frame LP (1), Base Frame (8), and Bench Frame Rear Base Tube (29) using specified hardware.
Install Seat Carriage (31) onto Bench Frame (30) using Bolts (60).
Connect Center Base Frame (30) to Front/Rear Base Frames (30, 29) and install Up-Right Frame Tube (2).
Install Seat Pad Tubes (35), Backrest Adjustment Bracket (32), and Seat Height Adjustment Bracket (36).
Attach Seat Pad (47) to Seat Pad Tubes (35) and Backrest Pad (46) to Backrest Support Bar (34).
Install Steel Axis (42) to Up-Right Frame (2), secure with Bolt (62), and attach Backrest Support Tube (4).
Mount Safety Spotter Bar (24) and Lever Press Arms (15, 16) to Up-Right Frame (2) and Steel Axis (42).
Attach U Shape Arm (10) to Up-Right Frame (2), install Weight Horns (21), Bumpers (53), Collars (52), and Shoulder Pads (48, 49).
