6. When you are finished exercising, press the SPEED keypad until the
running belt stops moving and comes to a safe stop.
Note: Always allow yourself a cool-down period of a few minutes before
bringing the machine to a complete halt.
7. If desired, after reviewing the displays, reset them to zero by pressing and
holding ENTER WEIGHT for three seconds.
