Trouble Shooting Flow for Compressor Turn-On Failure
Replace main control panel

If compressor overload.
YES
NO
After overloading, machine will recover normal
If compressor relevant- link -terminators
are loose
NO
YES
Re-fix compressor relevant-link-terminators
OK
NOT OK
Replace compressor capacitance, then
check if it is OK .
Replace the compressor with the same model No.
Setup the temperature to lowest ( cooling
mode) or highest (hesting mode).
If there is strong power out from
compressor realy
YES
NO
If the setting temperature under cooling mode is too high.
If the setting temperature under heating mode is too low.
YES
NO
Compressor turn-on failure.
If there is at least 3 minutes after
compressor restating .
Wait for 3 minutes, then re-check the compressor.
