Remove twelve Phillips-head screws securing the top plate to the module housing.
Gently lift the top panel and attached electronics out of the housing after screw removal.
Procedure for removing the PC-206 Amplifier/Multiplexer Board from the module.
Procedure for removing the PC-280 Ethernet Microprocessor/A-D Board from the module.
Install the new PC-327 Analog Board onto the DH-200s, ensuring proper tube routing.
Install the PC-322 Mother Board and PC-323 Microprocessor Board assembly.
Reinstall the module into housing and secure the top plate with screws.
Apply the upgrade kit tag below the serial number nameplate.
Test the upgraded Intelligent Pressure Scanner for proper operation.
