Trouble Shooting

Compressor Not Starting

Check power cord and ensure unit is at room temperature before plugging in to prevent compressor damage.

Noisy Water Appliance

Ensure unit sits on a level surface. Unplug for 30 minutes if noisy after first use to allow compressor fluid to settle.

Condenser Overheating

Condenser is normally hot. Ensure 2 inches clearance for proper ventilation.

Warm Cold Water

Verify cold water switch is on. High usage may exceed compressor capacity. Allow unit to run for 1 hour.

Tap Leaks

Calcium scale deposits may form in the tap. Clean inside the unit per cleaning instructions.

Cooler Leaks

Check water bottle for pinholes. Drain faucets, replace bottle, and check for leaks.
