1. WARNING AND SYMBOLS
– This addition is not complete without „User’s manual“, „Installation and maintenance manual“,
„Programming manual“ and „Spare parts manual“.
– Follow all basic and valid safety instructions and laws. Do not bypass the instructions stated in the
manuals and warnings on the labels. The labels must stay on the machine and they must be legible.
– Be always careful when taking the samples.
Wash bath sampling:
– To sample, the water level of the wash bath must be minimum 90kg / 198lb - 17,
140kg / 308lb, 180kg / 396lb - 22 (see the programming manual)
– Deflate 2l of water before taking sample.
– Sample only after the drum stops and the water temperature in the drum gets calm.
– After sampling do not forget to close the valve.
2. ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
Drain valve with welded socket 3/4".
Screw the socket 235134107315 into the socket 3/4",
seal with teflon tape.
Put the hose approx. 1,5m on the socket
PRI540001019 and secure it with the hose brace
PRI240000003.
