BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Wash the freezer bowl and mixing paddle in warm soapy water. Be sure to rinse and dry all parts thoroughly.
Wipe the motor unit with a moist cloth.
Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
Do not put the motor unit neither one of the parts in the dishwasher.
Freezing the Cooling Container
The most important step in making ice-cream is to make sure that the cooling container are properly frozen.
Place the freezer bowl in the freezer and make sure the temperature of the freezer is at least -18°c.
For best result, the cooling container should be placed upright in the back of your freezer, where the
temperature is coldest.
The length of time necessary to freeze the bowl (at least 8 hours), will depend upon the temperature of the
freezer.
To check the ideal freezing condition we advice to shake the freezer bowl, you should not hear any liquid
moving between the walls of the freezer bowl.
Hint: Keep the cooling container in the freezer, this allows you to make your favorite ice-cream whenever you
want.
