4. Blowing
Check that the plug is disconnected from the
mains.
Check that the tank is empty before starting
the blowing process.
Remove the dust cap ( g. 4a) by pushing it
up and put the blow cap on ( g. 4b).
Move the hose from the suction hose
connection ( g. 4c) to the blow connection
( g. 4d).
Attach the required nozzle to the telescopic
tube.
Plug in and switch on the vacuum cleaner
( g. 4e).

5. Cleaning and maintenance
Check that the plug has been removed from
the mains socket.
Remove the suction hose ( g. 5a) by gently
turning it anticlockwise.
Lift the upper section of the vacuum cleaner
o ( g. 5b).
Remove any dust, dirt and plaster from the
tank and hose.
Check whether the hose, cord, plug and
other accessories are damaged before using
the vacuum cleaner again.
Dust fi lter – fi tting and mainte-
nance
6. Fitting the dust fi lter
Check that the plug has been removed from
the mains socket.
Lift the upper section of the vacuum cleaner
o ( g. 6a) and place the dust lter in the
tank ( g. 6b).
Fit the upper section back on the vacuum
cleaner.
7. Removing and cleaning the dust fi lter
Check that the plug has been removed from
the mains socket.
Lift the upper section of the vacuum cleaner
o and gently take the used lter out ( g. 7a).
Wash the lter with a mild detergent and
water. Rinse well afterwards.
Allow the dust lter to dry completely before
using it again. Allow it to air dry. Never put it
in a tumble-dryer.
Foam fi lter – fi tting and mainte-
nance
8. Fitting the foam fi lter
Check that the plug has been removed from
the mains socket.
Remove the upper section of the vacuum
cleaner ( g. 8a) and turn it upside down ( g.
8b).
Allow the lter to gently drop down over the
lter basket. Make sure that the entire basket
is covered.
Fit the upper section back on the vacuum
cleaner ( g. 8c).
9. Removing and cleaning the foam fi lter
Check that the plug has been removed from
the mains socket.
Turn the upper section of the vacuum
cleaner upside down ( g. 9a).
Gently remove the used lter from the lter
basket.
Clean the lter by gently tapping any dust
out of it. Do not do this indoors.
Wash the lter with a mild detergent and
water. Rinse well afterwards.
Allow the foam lter to dry completely
before using it again. Allow it to air dry. Never
put it in a tumble-dryer.
