AUTO-CLOSE FUNCTION
OFF: No auto close
ON: Auto-close. Embedded auto close function. Works with
the photocell. When the gate opens and there is no access
(no obstacle detection from the photocell), the A/C time is
120 seconds (the gate will close after 120 seconds). If there is
access and obstacle detection from the photocell, then the
A/C time is 10 seconds (the A/C timer counts 10 seconds after
the photocell is free and then the gate will automatically
close). The second time of A/C can be changed (follow the
below instructions).

OFF: NO photocells.

terminals 13&14 and COM & NC of the photocell in terminals

MOTOR REVERSION
OFF/ON: The first move of the motor needs to be opening,
after the power of control panel. When the first move is
closure, switch the dipswitch 7 to the opposite position.

The Profelmnet 3029 is a control panel designed for rolling shutters up to 1200 watts. It supports various codification types including Keeloq Rolling, Standard, and Profelmnet Rolling, operating on frequencies of 433.92 MHz and 868.3 MHz. The panel offers a range of features such as terminal switches, photocell support, external button connectivity, auto-close functionality, light control, motor torque adjustment, slow move, reverse move, and memory for up to 300 transmitters.

Technical Specifications:

• Power Supply: 230VAC, with a 12V - 1.5VA transformer and a 24V - 1.5VA transformer.
• Motor Output: 230VAC.
• Photocell Power Supply: 24VAC, 60mA.
• Blinker Light Output: 230V / 10W.

• Working Time Adjustment: 1-180 seconds.

Function Description:

• Auto-Close Function: This feature allows the gate to close automatically after a set period. When the gate opens and there is no obstacle detected by the photocell, the auto-close time is 120 seconds. If an obstacle is detected, the timer resets, and the gate will close 10 seconds after the photocell beam is clear. The second auto-close time (10 seconds) can be adjusted. To enable this, dipswitch 3 must be in the ON position.
• Photocells: When enabled (dipswitch 5 ON), photocells prevent the gate from closing if an obstacle is in the beam. If the beam is cut during closing, the door stops immediately and re-opens. The photocell power supply (24VAC) connects to terminals 13 & 14, and the COM & NC contacts connect to terminals 8 & 9.
• Motor Reversion: Dipswitch 7 controls the initial motor movement. If the first movement after power-up is closure instead of opening, switch dipswitch 7 to the opposite position.
• Working Time Adjustment: The motor's working time can be adjusted from 1 to 180 seconds. To set this, fully close the gate, then press and hold the "TIME" button on the control panel until the gate reaches its fully open position. Release the button to save the setting.
• Blinker Light Function: The control panel provides a permanent 230V / 10W output for a blinker light, connected to terminals 1 & 3. The light operates as long as the gate is moving. If a longer flashing time is desired (e.g., 100 seconds), program the working time of the control panel to 100 seconds.
• Pedestrian Function: When photocells are installed, this function allows the gate to open for a short period when a pedestrian traverses it, then automatically close. The closing time is the same as the second auto-close time.

Usage Features:

• Clear Memory: To clear all stored transmitters, press and hold the "CODE" button on the control panel. The red indication light will turn ON, then OFF, indicating the memory is clear.
• Adding a New Transmitter (Control Panel Button): Press the "CODE" button; the red indication light will turn ON. Release it, and within 3 seconds, press the desired channel button on the new transmitter. The red light will blink and then turn OFF, confirming the transmitter is saved. Up to 300 transmitters can be added.
• Adding a New Transmitter (Remotely): With the motor fully closed or open, press a working transmitter button (already in memory) to start the motor. Keep it pressed until the motor stops. Release it, then immediately press the new transmitter button. The new transmitter is saved. This method can also be used to program multiple transmitters.
• Indication LED Lights: Various LED lights on the control panel display the status and functions of the photocells.
• Covering Distance: The effective range of the remote control is 30-100 meters, depending on external conditions.

Maintenance Features:

• Reset Automation: In case of malfunction, disconnect the 230VAC power supply for 10 seconds, then reconnect and recheck the system.
• Connections Check: Ensure all connections are secure. The BLUE/GREY (common) motor wire must be connected to terminal 4. The earth motor wire is not connected to the control panel.
• Compatible Transmitters: Select transmitters compatible with the specific model of the control panel.
