The unit must not be used in electric circuits.
Before each measurement, check the meter and the test leads for damage.
Do not expose the unit to high temperatures, strong vibrations or high humidity.
If it can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible, the unit must be taken out of operation
immediately and secured against unintentional operation. Safe operation can no longer be assumed if
the unit no longer functions, shows visible damage, has been damaged during transport or has been
stored under unfavourable conditions.
This unit has left the factory in perfect condition with regard to safety. In order to maintain this
condition and to ensure safe operation, the user must observe all safety and hazard information
contained in these operating instructions.
This unit is CE-approved and therefore meets the necessary European and national requirements for
electromagnetic compatibility.
In the event of damage caused by non-observance of these operating instructions, the
warranty claim becomes void! We accept no liability for consequential damage or damage to
property or personal injury caused by improper handling or failure to observe the safety
instructions!
This meter is not suitable for testing car/motorcycle/boat batteries. Nor can it be used to
determine the state of charge of rechargeable NiCd/NiMh batteries.
