Problem

The grinder motor is working, but
no ground coffee is falling out of
the spout.
The lock slide of the bean hopper
is closed.
Open the lock slide of the bean
hopper.
The coffee shaft is blocked with
coffee powder.

The grinder motor produces a
humming sound, does not
operate, does not grind any
beans.
The grind is too fine: The grinding
burrs touch and mutually block

Adjust the grind to a coarser
degree.

If your burrs have to be replaced (usually after grinding 250 kg of coffee), please contact your authorised
specialty dealer.
