High position.
The transmission system of the mini tractors is formed of two gearboxes, completely independent, one for
each axle.
B. Front transmission gearbox (also, called front gearbox): has two shift levers – forward lever and
reverse lever. Push forward lever (c) to select low speeds, middle for neutral position, and pull backwards
for high speeds. Pull backward the lever (d) of the gearbox to select speed for reverse driving.
WARNING: DO NOT USE FORWARD GEARS AND REVERSE GEAR AT THE SAME TIME.
Always press the clutch pedal to change gears.
C. Middle speed reduction gearbox: For synchronized 4x4 status, push the handle forward, in High
position.
CAUTION: The 4x4 synchronized mode of the mini tractor is possible only if both front and rear
gearboxes are set in the same speed gear, and the middle speed reduction gearbox is set in the High
position.
The rear gearbox doesn’t work when the lever is set in the middle position. When using front transmission,
pull back the middle speed reduction gearbox handle to Low position. This way, the system will not work in
4x4 synchronized mode.
D. Rear gearbox: Push forward the shift lever for low speeds (gear 1), middle for neutral and pull backward
for high speed (gear 2). actuate the second lever of the rear gearbox for reverse driving.
Basic operation
1. When using the front rotary tiller (if equipped with main reduction), you should use the Low position
of the middle speed reduction gearbox and select the correct speed for the front gearbox depending
of the type of work you are doing. Middle speed reduction gearbox lever should be set in Low
position (without 4x4 synchronized mode). Shift lever or the rear gearbox must be set in a low speed
gear.
2. When using the back rotary tiller, weed shredder, potato harvester (accessories that are mounted at
the of the mini tractor), if the machinery is equipped with front 4F+2R and rear 8F+4R gearboxes,
the front gearbox should be switched to low speed. If you need synchronized four wheel drive, the
middle speed reduction gearbox lever must be set in High position, and adjust the speed using front
and rear gearboxes. If you need only 2 wheel drive, you can choose front wheel drive or rear wheel
drive by switching the middle speed reduction gearbox.
3. Mini tractor can be equipped with a front PTO, which can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise by
setting the reduction gearbox.
4. The equipment can be equipped with front and rear hydraulic systems for lifting and lowering
accessories, which can be controlled by a electronic operation handle and a electronic regulator.
Instructions for working gears (accessory gearbox) of the mini tractor
When the back rotary cultivator is used, depress the main clutch pedal and engage the rear gearbox in low
gear, after release the clutch pedal (switch between work gears Low and High, depending on your work
requirements).
CAUTION: When used on road, the mini tractor can be used both in synchronized 4x4 conditions
and 4x2 conditions. When used in 4x4 conditions, please make sure the middle reduction gearbox is shifted
to synchronized position, and both front and rear gearboxes are shifted in the same gear. When used in 4x2
conditions, please make sure to shift the unused gearbox to neutral position.
Reverse driving
Before driving in reverse, make sure the shift lever of the two gearboxes is in neutral position, and the
leverof the middle speed reduction gearbox (if equipped) is in one of the gears: Low or High. When you
want to move backwards (reverse), depress the main clutch pedal, set the shift lever in reverse gear and
after release the main clutch pedal. (For reverse driving you candset the shift lever from both front and rear
gearboxes in reverse gear, or you can set shift lever from only one gearbox in the desired position, while
the other gearbox is in neutral position.)
