E 0: Normal Operating Condition

E 1: Reverse Polarity

E 2: Open Ground

E 3: Line 1 High Voltage

E 4: Line 1 Low Voltage

E 5: Line 2 Voltage High

E 6: Line 2 Voltage Low

E 7: Line Frequency High

E 8: Line Frequency Low

E 10: Replace Surge Protector

Surge protector module is damaged and needs replacement.

Troubleshooting Guide

Display Illuminated, Error Code

Record all data codes if display is illuminated with an error code other than E 0 or E 10.

Display Illuminated, No Power

Contact Tech Support if display shows E 0 but no power is present after time delay.
