Why Project Source Vacuum Cleaner does not capture debris?

  There are several reasons why your Project Source Vacuum Cleaner might not be picking up debris. It could be due to a low battery, so try charging it. The impeller might be jammed; power off the vacuum and check for obstructions, removing them carefully with a small tool. A broken impeller or suction nozzle flap, a full or damaged filter cage, or a detached outlet valve can also cause this—replace the faulty parts. Lastly, very fine debris (less than 250 microns) won't be collected by the filter bag.

  If your Project Source Vacuum Cleaner isn't charging, the battery may be damaged and require replacing the main body. Ensure the charger base is properly assembled and the contact plates are connected. Also, the external adapter might be damaged, requiring a replacement. Using the wrong adapter can damage the vacuum and void the warranty.
