Defrosting by Weight
You can use the oven to defrost food based on the weight selected. The
defrosting time and power level are automatically set once the weight is entered.
The frozen food weight ranges from 100 g to 1500 g.
1. Press
once. The display will show “dEF1”.
2. Repeatedly press
to select the desired food weight.
3. Press
to start defrosting.
NOTE: During defrosting, the oven will beep to remind you of turning over the
food. After turning over the food, close the door and press
to resume.
Defrosting by Time
You can also choose to defrost food by entering the defrost time yourself.
1. Press
twice. The display will show “dEF2”.
2. Use the buttons to enter defrosting time.
The maximum defrosting time is 60 minutes.
3. Press
to start defrosting.
CAUTION
a. It is necessary to turn over the food during operation to obtain uniform
eect.
b. Usually defrosting will need longer time than that of cooking the food.
c. If the food can be cut by knife, the defrosting process can be considered
completed.
d. Microwave penetrates around 4cm into most food.
e. Defrosted food should be consumed as soon as possible, it is not advised to
put back to freezer and freeze again.
