Regarding the instructions for the all necessary

The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high
when the appliance is operating.
After each cooking cycle, the cooling fan will
continue to run for a while to ensure quick cooling
and safe operation of the oven.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by
means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
The means for disconnection must be incorporated
in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring
rules.
The appliance shall be installed in accordance with
national wiring regulations NF C 15-100.
