Set the temperature control dial according to the
type of fabric you are ironing.
Check the fabric's label for appropriate setting.
Warning !
Fabrics with the symbol
are not suitable for
ironing.
• Start at a low temperature and graduate to a high temperature.
• If you are in doubt about the type of fabric an item of clothing is made from,
check the label.
• For delicate fabrics we recommend carrying out a test on an unobstrusive
part of the garment (inner seam).
Steam ironing – This function can be used only at the highest ironing
temperatures.
Turn the temperature control dial to the “Max” position.
NOTE: If you select a low temperature, water may leak from the soleplate.

• The indicator light will ash.
7. When the indicator light stops ashing, the desired temperature has been
reached. It is ready for ironing.
8. Unlock and remove the iron from the base.
9. Keep pressing the steam button to start ironing.
• Do not iron over zips, studs or other hard or sharp objects which may
damage the soleplate.
• Do not place the iron on a metal support.
• When taking a break from ironing, always place the iron on the iron rest
plate of the base.
