Insufficient pressure could be the issue; if the pressure bar is damaged, replace it. Other potential culprits include a damaged sealing transformer, Teflon tape, or silicone rubber, all of which would need replacing. Make sure that you adjust to the proper sealing and cooling time, and if the sealing pressure is too low, replace the pressure bag.
