    Why is there no sound coming from my Promate Speakers?

      There could be several reasons for the lack of sound. The battery might be dead, so recharge it. The speaker may not be linked with your cell phone, so go through the “Speaker Operations” process to link it. Also, the volume might be set too low on your device or on the speaker itself, so increase it. Check that a Bluetooth connection exists, and if needed, pair the speaker again to the audio source. Ensure your audio source is switched on and that Bluetooth is enabled. If the Bluetooth device is almost out of range of the Pyram, move it closer. If the pairing does not work, check whether the audio source supports the A2DP protocol. If the Bluetooth version is not supported, use a different playback unit.

    What to do if my Promate Speakers aren't charging?

      If your Promate Speakers aren't charging, make sure the USB power adapter is plugged into a working wall outlet and that the USB cable is properly connected to the mini USB jack on the bottom of the speaker. If you're using a computer USB port, ensure the computer is powered on and try a different USB port. Also, test the wall outlet with another device to confirm it's functioning correctly.
