What to do if my ProMinent ProMix S shows 'No Water STOP'?
- WWilliam AdamsAug 9, 2025
If your ProMinent Mixer displays a 'No Water STOP' error, there are several potential causes. First, if it's a flowswitch or differential pressure switch issue, temporarily bypass the controller by connecting the Interlock input terminal ‘FS’ to the adjacent Ground symbol terminal while you troubleshoot. Second, check if the solenoid is activating during the Filling Mixer and Flow Check states by loosening a downstream union. Finally, if there's no AC solenoid power, check the solenoid wiring and coil for shorts, and replace the solenoid fuse (the brown 2.5A fuse in the white socket above the Neutrals terminals; www.digikey.com Part# 7500413). Note that the mixer motor start relay coil shares this fuse.
