What to do if my Prospera Massager does not work?

  If your Prospera Massager doesn't work, first, make sure it's properly plugged into a power outlet with the correct voltage. If it has automatically switched to standby mode, simply press the MODE button again to start another session. If you've used it continuously for 30 minutes or more, the overheat protection may have been activated. Unplug it and allow it to cool down for 60 minutes before using it again. Also, ensure that you haven't applied excessive load on the massager. Reduce the load and try again.
