Please fully charge your product rst.
Regarding the 2.4G wireless connection way, please unplug and replug the
USB receiver into the USB po.
Regarding the Bluetooth connection way, please delete the keyboard Blue-
tooth from your computer Bluetooth connection histo, resta and re-pair.
Have you tried to connect the keyboard and mouse to other computers, will it
work properly?
