      If your Prowinch Chain Hoists isn't operating in a non-load state, it could be due to excessive voltage, an operating circuit break-off, overheating electric parts, internal wiring issues, contactor problems, a faulty transformer, or a problem with the up/down limit or button switch. Check the power, power supply, internal wiring, contactor, transformer, up/down limit switch and button switch.
