STEP 1
Place your PSO-RITE in the middle part of your
back. Lean to your left side slowly, maintaining
a straight back.
STEP 2
Lean to your right side slowly.
STEP 3
Place your hands behind your head and arch
back.
STEP 4
Cross your arms and crunch forward as far as
you can maintaining deep breathing.

During your massage focus on deep breathing. Find pressures you are comfortable with. Stay in a position between 5 - 60 sec depending on the
issue. Listen to your body and don’t overdo it.
