Function
The machine (H-class) is ment for sucking and separating dry, not combustive dust with limit
value of exposure < 0.1mg/m
3
, including carcinogenic materials.
The motor is started by the switch . Dust laden air is then sucked through the inlet valve at high speed
via the suction hose. The air is slowed down by the cyclone and coarse dust particles are separated
out, partly by centrifugal force ans partly by gravity. Air and finer particles then pass through the fine
filter where separation is made. The machine is designed for filter cleaning by reverse air pulse.
Use
Before using must the user be educated in handling the vacuum cleaner and the hazardous dust.
• Connect the electric plug to an outlet with correct voltage (see the designation plate).
• Check that plastic bag and the protective vessel are mounted.
From time to time the filter must be cleaned. This must be done before changing the plastic bag.
Even appropriate when the working is completed or when there is poor suction.
• The pressure gague on the plastic cover shows when the filter must be cleaned or replaced (red
area). As long as the pressure gague shows green, the work can continue. Shifting between green
and red area occurs at – 11 kPa.
• Procedure: Cover the inlet, let the machine build up vacuum for a few seconds then quickly push
down on the key and release it. Repeat the procedure 4-5 times.
Turn of the motor and wait until it stops completely, then uncover the inlet.
If the manometer still shows red, the filter should be replaced.
• The plastic bag may only be replaced after cleaning the filter.
• Don`t overfill the plastic bag and change it in the proper way (see below).
• The plastic bag must be tied up after removing.
Only use original plastic bag 1376005 and Ring+cable tie - 1276014
Filter change
Proper personel protectice equipment must be used.
Shut off the machine and pull the plug out of the socket.
Loosen the 3 clamps between the housing and the top and remove the top.Observe! Tool
(Screwdriwer) must be used. Lift out the filter and holder and place it gently up side down on a table.
Remove the locking nut and then draw the plastic bag (1376012) over the filter unit. Lift the filter
gently and pinch up the bag by hand and then tie the bag up. This bag must be taken care of in a proper
way.
Insert a new filter in reversed order. Do not tighten the nut to hard, the filter may be damaged.
Only original filter may be used – 1337054.
Changing the plastic bag
Proper personel protective equipment must be used.
• First clean the filter according to pos. 3 above.
• Shut off the machine.
• Remove the protective vessel and remove carefully the bag ring and the plastic bag and tie it up in
order to avoid dust turbulence. The ring must be sealed together with the dust.
• Restart the machine and plug the inlet in order to prevent dust to fall from the machine before a
new ring and bag is refitted.
Place a new plastic bag (1376005) and a new ring (1338089) in the proective vessel. Assure that the
ring is mounted- Important! Buckle the vessel on to the machine. See drawing 2004096.
