Why won't my Pulsar Trimmer engine start?
- AAnn RoseJul 27, 2025
If your Pulsar Trimmer's engine won't start, there are several potential causes: 1. Ensure the control lever is engaged. 2. Check that the spark plug boot is connected. 3. Make sure the fuel tank has clean, fresh gasoline. 4. If equipped, prime the engine as instructed in the Operation section. 5. Inspect the spark plug; clean, adjust the gap, or replace it if necessary. 6. Clear any blockage in the fuel line. 7. If the engine is flooded, wait a few minutes before restarting, and avoid priming it. 8. If equipped, open the fuel valve. Consult the engine manual for instructions. 9. If equipped with a choke, choke the engine. Consult the engine manual for instructions.
