8. Common Faults and Troubleshooting Methods
If your problem is not listed, please contact Customer Support.
a. Tap SPEED button to increase the fan speed.
b. Make sure no objects are blocking the sides.
c. Make sure the filter is removed from its packaging and properly in place.
d. Mare sure the room is smaller than 247 ft²/23 ㎡. The air purifier may not be as
effective in larger rooms.
e. Replace the filter.
a. Press and hold time button and Power ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to reset the
filter replacement indicator.
a. Please replace the filter screen, as it may have reached the suction capacity.
b. You need to replace the new strainer.
a. Make sure the filter is properly in place with plastic packaging removed.
b. Make sure the air purifier is operated on a hard flat, even surface.
c. Replace the filter.
d. The air purifier may be damaged, or an external object may be inside. Stop using the
air purifier and contact Customer Support. Do not try to repair the air purifier.
a. Make sure the filter is removed from its packaging and properly in place.
b. Tap SPEED button to increase the fan speed.
c. Leave 15 in of clearance on all sides of the air purifier.
d. The pre-filter may be clogged by large particles, such as hair or lint, blocking
air flow. Wash or clean the pre filter.
e. Replace the filter.
a. Clean the filter or replace it if necessary.
b. Make sure not to use your purifier in an area with high humidity or white diffusing
essential oils.
a. Plug in the air purifier.
b. Press POWER ON/OFF button.
