  If the foot power switch on your PurSteam Steam Cleaner does not illuminate, first ensure the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet. If it still doesn't work, check your household circuit breaker or ground fault interrupter, as it may have tripped, or a fuse may have blown. Reset the circuit breaker/ground fault interrupter, or replace the fuse.

  If the foot power switch illuminates but the unit doesn't heat up, there might be no water in the unit. In this case, refill the unit with water. Another possible reason is mineral build-up in the unit, so you should clean it.

  Excessive gurgling and water dripping from the steam nozzle can be due to a few reasons. One cause is condensation build-up inside the steam nozzle or hose. To resolve this, point the steam nozzle downward and shake thoroughly to remove excess water droplets, or extend the hose vertically to allow water to drain back into the water reservoir. Straightening the hose periodically during use can also prevent build-up. Another reason may be that the water level in the water reservoir is running low, so you should refill the unit with water.
