Problem
Possible Cause

Robot suddenly stops
cleaning and indicator
stays blue.
Robot was picked up
(sensors detect cli or
wheel o the ground).
Put the robot on the
solid oor and re-start
the robot.
Place the robot on
ground, turn on the
robot, its indicator is in
blue ( without
charging).
Cli sensor fault.
1. Clean cli sensor.
2. If soluons given
above doesn’t work,
send it to the seller for
repair.
Robot does not change
direcon when it comes
up against obstacle.
Bumper sensor fault.
Check the sensor to see
if it is covered by any
object.
During charging, LED
indicator ashes red
quickly and robot
beeps.
Power switch of robot
might not turned on.
Switch on the robot.
LED indicator ashes
red quickly.
Baery low power.
Fully charge the
baery.
Blue LED ashes once,
Red LED ashes once.
Side brush get stuck.
Put robot on at
surface and clean side
brush.
Troubleshooting
Note: If all solutions given above don’t work for you, please take actions
below:
1) Re-set the robot by switching on the power button at the right side of
main body.
2) If re-set action doesn’t work, please send the robot to seller for repairing.
