What to do if Q'STRAINT Wheelchair QUANTUM® has no power?
If the QUANTUM® has no power, ensure the wire being used is 18 gauge. There MUST be a minimum power of 15 Amps at 11-15 VDC or 10 Amps at 22-28 VDC going to the QUANTUM®. Also, make sure the vehicle’s ignition and parking brake are on.

If the QUANTUM® is not responding because the system restarted too many times, allow the QUANTUM® to cool down for about 1 minute, and then restart it.

If the QUANTUM® has restarted the same function several times but has not completed the function, ensure there is nothing obstructing the QUANTUM®. If there is an obstruction, remove it and resume the function.

If the Driver Interface is not working, ensure the wire being used is 22 gauge and check wire connections at both ends.
