Ensure Hitch Security Pin is in
place - through the ATV hitch pin

Ensure the Deck Restraining
Chains are secure – BOTH ENDS

Ensure that Hitch Assembly on the
Mower is secure and moves freely

Remove any Debris build up on
Engine Cooling Air Intake.

Shut Fuel OFF after usage session
is over – NOTE – fuel valve located
beneath the fuel tank.

Check Deck Drive Belt Tension –
Engine to the Mower Deck

Do general Engine Check -
including the air filter check

Replace Mower Blades

5.2 Blade Replacement
To avoid personal injury ALWAYS handle the
blade with care to avoid injury!
CAUTION
The blade retaining bolts have Right Hand Threads –
turn the bolts counterclockwise to loosen!
IMPORTANT
The blades should be kept sharp at all times. Sharpen the cutting edges if they appear like blade
labeled – 2. Any blade that resembles – 3 – should be replaced immediately.
Check the blades on the HyperCut Mower by lifting the deck, blocking it on one side and
then examining the blades; if they need to be sharpened or changed remove the HyperCut
Mower from the ATV.
Replace mower blades that have been
damaged or deeply nicked.
