2.6 LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS OF USE
Failure to follow all operating instructions and safety requirements contained within this docu-
ment relieves the manufacturer from any liability. By riding this vehicle, the rider accepts all risks
associated with its use.
If the vehicle maintenance was performed in a manner that was not conforming with the instructions provided, using non
original spare parts or in any manner that could harm its integrity or change its properties, the manufacturer shall be deemed
exonerated from any responsibility regarding the safety of persons and operating faults of the vehicle.
2.7 UNAUTHORISED MODIFICATIONS
Do not modify the vehicle in any way. Any attempt in this regard, in addition to voiding the warranty, may
affect its operation causing malfunction or accidents. Extraordinary maintenance work on the vehicle
must be performed only by specialised and authorised personnel.
If you hear unusual noises or notice anything strange, stop the vehicle immediately. Carry out an inspection and then, if
necessary, contact Customer Service.
It is absolutely forbidden to modify the purchased vehicle to increase its performance.
The manufacturer QUADRO assumes no responsibility for accidents or damages caused by modifications or accessories
fitted unless expressly authorised.
