Slide the battery pack into the back of the radio in the direction of the
arrow ( ), then lock itwiththe battery release button.
Slide the battery pack until the battery releasebutton makes
a clicking sound." "
Turn off the radio before releasing the battery pack.
Push the battery release button in the direction of the arrow()as shown
below.
The battery pack is then released.

Conveniently attaches toyour belt.
Attach the belt clip with the supplied screws
using a phillips screw driver.

Insert the speaker/microphone plugs into the
speaker/microphone jacks.
The radio is not fully rain resistant while
using the external speaker/microphone.
