7. Warranty
Quantum guarantees that this bike was
manufactured professionally & safely, under a
rigorous quality control environment. During the
production, various quality verifications have
been made. If, despite all efforts, your Broadway
bike is defective in material and/or ride quality
(under normal use described in the manual),
Quantum will honor the warranty of applicable
service or part replacement. If you believe your
warranty to be applied or if you require more
detailed information about the application of
your warranty, please contact Quantum eBikes.
The following warranty conditions apply to your
Broadway bicycle. All conditions are applicable
from the date of purchase.
• Five-year warranty on the frame.
• Two years warranty on the electric system.
• One year warranty on all other parts.
